Chef the Cuisine of the Bitacora is Yolanda Navarro Heras. Throughout her career Yolanda has worked closely with well known Chefs from the Almeria region, notably Pedro Berroguí from “La Costa” -one of the leading restaurants in Almería- and Stefan Streinfinger from the “Torreluz Mediterraneo”.
